The new pneumonia epidemic continues, and in addition to a shortage of masks, many internet users have noticed unscrupulous merchants raising prices and even selling suspected counterfeit masks.

The high price has drawn attention, and netizens are most upset about the poor quality.

We have found that problematic masks on the market can generally be categorized into four types: "overpriced," "poor quality," "counterfeit," and "unknown origin," with discussions regarding price and quality being the primary focus.

In terms of volume, "the price is too expensive" has the highest level of discussion, 54%accounting for nearly the entirety, with many criticizing businesses for "raising prices arbitrarily" and "price hikes."

Secondly, "poor quality" accounts for35%of the overall discussion. Netizens have been talking about the quality of materials used in masks, with most people mentioning that the masks are "too thin" and even have "stains."
