Looking at it again today, as of 15:00, other topics have basically cooled down, while the housing issue is still the "top priority" of online discussions.
Among the housing issues, the public is most concerned about the large-scale land reclamation project of "Lantau Tomorrow". Some people talk about reclamation, some say that artificial islands are risky, and some say that they drain the warehouses... So what is the public's focus? We use uMax dataxMiner（Unique big data technology assisted content analysis and machine learning models to interpret discussions on Facebook, forums and Instagram, and found that the most discussed issue was land reclamation (47%), followed by artificial islands (21.6%), and price issues ranked third (16.9%).
The arguments of each focus group are also different. Each group focused on land reclamation and artificial islands, but the democrats talked more about price issues, while the establishment discussed more about housing supply.
