「三隧分流」正式推行 網民有何反應?

香港的公共交通四通八達,同時都非常繁忙。為了紓緩交通擠塞,政府在回收西隧專營權當天,推出了三隧分流,利用調整東隧、紅隧和西隧的收費,以平衡三條隧道的車流量。政府計劃分兩階段實施方案,首階段於8月2日起實行「633」收費,將東隧和紅隧收費由25元和20元加至30元,西隧收費由75元減至60元,的士三隧劃一單程25元。

第二階段則推行「644」收費方案,於繁忙時段西隧收費為60元;紅隧和東隧則是40元,非繁忙時段一律20元。

香港源大數據聚焦由2023年7月31日至2023年8月13日的網絡大數據,運用社交聆聽(Social Listening),從各大社交媒體和論壇,分析網民對三隧分流的討論。

實行「633」收費當天及西隧實施「易通行」最受關注

 

在研究期間,8月2日及8月6日的網絡討論熱度達至高峰,主要是因為8月2日是正式實行「633」收費,持續引起廣泛報導及討論,至到8月6日,西隧實施「易通行」亦把討論帶到第2個高峰。

整體討論偏向中立,東隧獲得最多好感

 

對比三隧的討論熱度,西隧排第一、紅隧和東隧緊隨其後。東隧較少討論或因為還未實施易通行。

由源大數據的情感分析可見,有關三條隧道的討論整體偏向中立,東隧相關的討論好感度相對最高(23.2%)。

部分網民留言:
「自從三隧分流後 放工東隧條車龍冇咗 架車快咗好多」
「東隧仲未改易通行,改左肯車龍會縮更短」

西隧相關討論的負面情感則相對最高。經過我們深入分析,發現主要來自於8月7日「易通行」於西隧實施的首個工作天,不幸地出現了不同的意外事件,例如灣仔發生車禍以及黃竹坑道爆水管引致路陷,需要封路等,令到西隧出現擠塞,引發大量網民關注。此外,網上流傳懷疑的士經西隧過海濫收車資事件,也引發熱烈的負面討論。

從詞雲圖中可見,最多被提及的關鍵字分別是「收費」(36,564次)、「隧道」(24,888次)、「過海」(18,546次) 、「的士」(17,187次) 及「易通行」(13,400次)。

交通狀況最多網民討論

我們把最常討論的內容分成四個主題,分別是交通狀況、易通行、「633」固定收費和「644」收費方案。分析發現網民討論最多的是交通狀況(35.9%)、其次是易通行(34.0%)、最後才是「633」和「644」收費方案。

 

我們再交叉對比討論重點和三條隧道,發現和西隧相關的討論中,易通行的討論最多,而紅隧和西隧的討論中,「633」收費方案的帖文量則佔最多。
